Met as strangers,  little and new to this world
Tied each other this string called friendship

Years passed unbelievably the thread didn't break
Gifted each other a stronger string and called ourselves best friends
Followed the trends
Loved and leaped together
Cool as water and as hot as fire

Tied a bracelet and named ourselves soulmates
Atlast we had the same tastes

Gossiping and advising
Teaching and learning
Everything was beautiful and sweet

Then...our world turned upside-down
We started fighting
Fought no less than beasts
Cried no less than widows

Knowing we can't live without each other
Yet decided to part
I decided for your happiness and you for mine

Thought, our small world collapsed
Tht we became strangers again
Tht all the dreams we dreamt will remain unfulfilled
Tht the memories we made will remain as mere memories

Body shivering, eyes swollen
Saw those string on wrist

One final risk to play the game
Hope it wouldn't end up lame

Found out it was the hard floor of misunderstanding
Tht broke the delicate glass of our bond

Seems like we're friends again
Back to where we started

No matter what happens
No matter who we lose
We can't and shouldn't lose this bond

This is our bond, the bond of love, friendship, care, affection and what not

That four-legged comfort Though quiet Could understand and be understood. Made me smile the brightest.  A moment with him, enough to forget all blue. End to the desertedness, I thought But now can't fill the void you've left. Those eyes filled with magic, no one can replace. Gaiety snatched, I'm in chaos Spiraling, inexorably. I also want to be the main character For whom everyone drools. I would walk and the time stops. I want to do the things they show in the movies! I wanna do it all. All the cutesy stuff, A walk along the beach, long drives at night, a hot cup of coffee. Wanna drench in rain and dance. Maybe I'm being narcissistic  But, I want to that girl,too!
